This was the first time I used Trust Trey transport. I was pleasantly surprised he was on time very pleasant and had a decent conversation along the way some drivers just sit there and say nothing. He was very decent. Very polite. I will definitely use him again. I will definitely refer him to my friends and family.

I would very highly recommend.I text him at 6:37 AM wanting a ride for my sister to be at work at 7, I told her she better just call her work too and tell them she would be late, I really didn't think he would have her there by 7:15, but he did.She got there safely and in a VERY timely manner.10/10 for sure

Coordinated a ride home from the airport with Trey, and the entire experience was fantastic. He connected me with one of his drivers, Shemar, who was punctual, communicated every step of the way, and was such a refreshing young man to chat with during the 45-minute drive. The whole process was so much easier and more personal than using a rideshare app. I'll definitely be booking with Trey again, and you should too!

I reached out to Trey on Monday because I needed a long-distance ride from Indianapolis to Louisville. He responded almost immediately and asked for the pickup time, pickup address, and destination so he could provide a quote. Within about 10–15 minutes, I had all the information I needed. Trey explained that to lock in the ride, payment was required before pickup. I appreciated that he was upfront about his policies and professional in the way he handled the booking process. I sent the payment immediately, and my ride was secured without any issues. The next morning, Trey texted me around 6:30 a.m. to let me know he was putting gas in his car and would be heading my way soon. That level of communication impressed me right away and showed me that he is serious about his business and takes his customers seriously. Trey arrived at the Sleep Inn & Suites around 9:00 a.m. and was professional from the moment he arrived. He called to let me know he was outside, met me in the lobby, and even helped carry all of my luggage to the vehicle. He asked whether I preferred to sit in the front or back seat and made sure I was comfortable before we got on the road. I had been hearing about Trust Trey Transport LLC through social media and word of mouth for quite some time, and now I understand why. Throughout the trip, Trey was friendly, professional, and attentive. He even asked what type of music I enjoyed. I told him I liked Prince, and from that point on we listened to music I enjoyed the entire ride, which made the trip even more comfortable. We arrived safely in Louisville, Kentucky, and before I left, Trey gave me a few business cards and encouraged me to spread the word about his business. If you’re looking for dependable transportation, excellent communication, and professional service, I highly recommend Trust Trey Transport LLC. Trey has earned my trust and will be my personal driver whenever I need transportation in the future. Thank you again, Trey, for the safe, comfortable, and stress-free ride back to Louisville!

100% would recommend Trust Trey! I had to be at the airport at 4:30am and Lou was exceptional with communication and punctuality! He was a few minutes early, let me know he had arrived and carried my suitcase out to his vehicle. He was very friendly and easy to conversate with. As a woman traveling alone while it was still dark out, I was completely comfortable. Lou even checked to see if I needed a ride home when I returned from vacation. Top notch service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Trey and Lou went above and beyond for my daughter who was flying into Louisville airport at midnight a couple of nights ago. Lou greeted my daughter at baggage claim with a sign with her name on it, like what we see in the movies. It was way cool that he did that and made my daughter feel special. Then Lou waited with my daughter almost 2 hours looking and waiting for her luggage, to find out the airline had lost it. This started out as a ride from the airport to Jeffersonville simple as that, and ended up as more than a two hour trip that probably affected other rides that were planned for the night. He made sure to stay with my daughter and make sure she got home safe all the way to our front door. I am beyond grateful for these guys for the follow up throughout the whole process and for hours spent making sure my daughter was safe. I could not recommend them enough I could not give them enough stars that they deserve. These two gentlemen have a great future ahead of them, and if anybody is looking for reliable transportation these two are your go to guys.

As a first time customer last night I highly recommend this company and their services. After some messages from overseas we were able to provide flight and arrival details and schedule for a airport pickup late night. Trey was awesome!! When I text him a time to pick me up and asked a price for the ride and he told me. I told him can’t afford the cost atm and he said it was on the house since I’m a new client and I really appreciated that. He picked me up the time I needed and got me to my destination on time! if i had to recommend any transporting services, i’d go to trey a million times over again! starting with the promptness, he was there right at pickup time if not a few minutes earlier! if you’re anything like me, a clean and tidy car will always be another top priority and he had just that. during my ride i was actually bringing over some packages to my buddy and trey didn’t hesitate to assist me with the load and unload of everything, above and beyond would be an understatement! if you’re needing a comfy, safe, reliable ride to wherever you need to be, he’s the way to go! I'm a disabled veteran an was extremely accommodated. great job buddy

Texted Trey at the last minute. I had three flights cancelled and had been stuck at the airport for hours. Made it back late at night and he did not hesitate to offer a ride even tho’ he needed to drive out from Jeff and back.
